Industrial Architect

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Kolding. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings, factories, and other structures. Your main goal will be to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

In this role, you will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to understand project requirements and develop innovative solutions. You must have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as knowledge of sustainable design principles.

To be successful in this role, you must have a biometric passport and be able to travel for project meetings or site visits as needed. You should have at least 5 years of experience in industrial architecture and possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations
- Conduct site visits to assess potential construction challenges or opportunities
- Work with engineers to integrate structural elements into the design
- Communicate regularly with contractors to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and construction techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices preferred
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Biometric passport required for travel
