Merchandiser Assistant in Horsens, Denmark


We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser Assistant to join our dynamic team in Horsens, Denmark. As a Merchandiser Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the merchandising team in planning and executing product displays and promotions, as well as ensuring that all products are properly stocked and presented to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up product displays according to company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking products as needed
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop creative and attractive product presentations
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Assist in analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Communicate effectively with store managers and staff to ensure proper execution of merchandising strategies
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for promotions and displays

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in merchandising or retail management is a plus
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
