Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager - Part Time (Lisbon)
We are a luxurious hotel in the vibrant city of Lisbon, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet targets
- Identify new business opportunities by networking and building relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, events, and revenue management, to create promotional packages and maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client information, contracts, and proposals
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds
- Knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this part-time position.
