Mason - Contract Position


We are seeking a skilled Mason to join our team in Kolding on a contract basis. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures made of bricks, concrete blocks, and other materials. You will work with various tools and equipment to lay out walls, floors, and other structures according to blueprints or specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Lay out walls, floors, and other structures according to blueprints or specifications
- Mix mortar and grout with required consistency
- Cut or break bricks and concrete blocks to desired size using hammer or saw
- Measure distances from reference points to lay out foundation lines and building walls
- Use hand tools such as trowels, levels, hammers, chisels, brushes, and jointers to spread mortar on surfaces
- Align bricks or blocks to build corners or walls in plumb or level positions
- Repair cracks or damages in existing brickwork
- Follow safety procedures while working with scaffolding and other heavy equipment

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mason
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Proficient in mixing mortar and grout with required consistency
- Skilled in using various hand tools such as trowels, levels, hammers, chisels etc.
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Salary: 1000$ per week (negotiable based on experience)
