Architecture Manager

Our architecture firm in Oslo is seeking an experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from conceptualization to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of architecture principles, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and design process of architectural projects
- Develop project proposals and budgets in collaboration with clients
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and consultants to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits during construction to ensure design specifications are being followed
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment

Salary: 1300$ per month
