We are hiring a skilled Handyman to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs as needed
- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Repair or replace damaged drywall, windows, doors, and roofing
- Maintain and repair decks, fences, and other outdoor structures
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Communicate with property owners to discuss any necessary repairs or upgrades

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Proficient in various hand and power tools
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Biometric passport preferred for easy travel between the United States and Pakistan

Salary:
$1400 per month with accommodation provided.
