Entry Level Floral Assistant - Svalbard Florist

As an Entry Level Floral Assistant at our established florist shop in Svalbard, you will assist our experienced florists with creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about flowers and looking to gain experience in the floral industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating and arranging floral bouquets, centerpieces, and other arrangements according to customer requests
- Ensure that all flowers are fresh and properly cared for
- Process orders and payments from customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
- Help with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering suggestions, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and willingness to learn about different types of flowers and their care
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be physically able to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work with sharp tools

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
