Project Manager


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage project activities from start to finish
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Create project timelines and allocate resources effectively
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular updates on project status
- Collaborate with team members to assign tasks, facilitate problem-solving, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review progress, address concerns, and gather feedback
- Prepare project documentation including reports, budgets, schedules, etc.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in project management roles
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is preferred
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1500$ per month
