Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, order new supplies as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Schedule appointments and meetings, prepare meeting rooms
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month. The exact duration of the contract will be discussed during the interview process.
