Computer Support Specialist
As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to clients who are experiencing hardware, software, or network issues. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve these issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining computer systems, installing and configuring software, and training clients on how to use various programs. Additionally, you will assist with data backup and recovery, as well as ensuring system security and network connectivity.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner. You should also be comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
This is a part-time position based in Odense, with the potential for full-time hours in the future. Accommodation is provided for this role, along with a free visa and ticket for international candidates. We strongly encourage women to apply for this position.
Requirements:
- Technical degree or certification in computer science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support or similar role
- Proficient knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as LAN/WANs
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Strong communication skills in both English and Danish (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
Salary: 900$ per month (part-time)
