We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve company goals and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients

- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role

- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and principles
- Knowledge of market research, data analysis, and forecasting methods
- Ability to travel for business purposes when necessary
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
