Contract Finisher in Os, Norway


We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team in Os, Norway on a contract basis. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for applying the final touches to various surfaces and materials, ensuring that they meet quality standards and are ready for use.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling, and smoothing out imperfections
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishing products using brushes, rollers or spray equipment
- Mix and match colors to achieve desired shades and finishes
- Ensure that all finishes are applied evenly and without drips or runs
- Inspect finished products for flaws or defects and make necessary touch-ups
- Follow safety protocols when handling hazardous materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of finishes and techniques for application
- Ability to mix colors accurately to achieve desired results
- Attention to detail and ability to spot flaws or defects in finished products
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic math skills for measuring surfaces and calculating materials needed
- Good communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus)
- Valid work permit for Norway is preferred but not required
