Job Title: Project Manager - Construction (Indian Nationals Only)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale construction projects and a strong understanding of construction processes and regulations. As an Indian national, you will also have a good understanding of Indian culture and working practices, which will be beneficial in managing our team of local workers. This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month, without accommodation provided. You must have your own valid work visa for Saudi Arabia. This position is open to all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the construction project from planning to completion
- Develop project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Communicate with clients and provide regular updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Must have own valid work visa for Saudi Arabia
