Our welding company in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an experienced Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding metal components and structures according to blueprints and specifications. In addition to a competitive salary of 1200$, we offer accommodation and visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine welding requirements
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments together
- Monitor the welding process and adjust settings as needed for optimal results
- Inspect welded joints for quality control and make necessary repairs
- Maintain equipment in good working condition by performing regular maintenance tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working on projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder, preferably in a similar setting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Proficient in operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred:
- Experience with MIG, TIG, or ARC welding techniques
- Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS)
- Experience working with different types of metals (steel, aluminum, etc.)
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
