Part-Time Moderator in Bergen


We are seeking a Part-Time Moderator to join our team in Bergen. As a moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and standards of our online community. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and potentially controversial topics.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and interactions within our community.
- Enforce community guidelines and ensure that all users adhere to them.
- Respond to user inquiries, comments, and reports in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in order to continuously improve the moderation process.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot potential issues or violations.
- Ability to remain impartial and objective when handling sensitive topics.
- Familiarity with online communities and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1600$. The exact schedule will be discussed during the interview process.

Location:
This job is located in Bergen, Norway. Local candidates are preferred, but we are open to remote work for exceptional candidates.
