Entry Level Moderator in Bergen, Norway

We are excited to offer a full-time entry level position as a Moderator in our company based in the beautiful city of Bergen, Norway. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining online communities and forums to ensure that all content posted is appropriate and follows community guidelines.
You will also be responsible for responding to user inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online communities and forums for inappropriate content or behavior
- Enforce community guidelines by removing or flagging inappropriate content
- Respond to user inquiries and provide assistance when needed
- Collaborate with team members on improving community engagement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online moderation

Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary, but a strong interest in online communities is preferred
- Excellent written communication skills in English (Norwegian language skills is a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to legally work in Norway and have accommodation arrangements
