As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing technical drawings and designs for construction projects. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and designs using AutoCAD or other design software
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop construction plans
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements
- Review and analyze building codes, regulations, and specifications
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project progress
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
