Sales Manager - Monte-Carlo
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue and driving sales for our company in Monte-Carlo. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing deals. Your main goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the biometric passport industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Fluent in English (French or Italian is a plus)
- Valid driver's license
