We are in need of a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Aarhus! As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. Your role will also include providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain knowledge of all products offered and their ingredients
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including equipment, counters, tables, and seating areas
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and handling any concerns or complaints
- Upsell additional items or promote special offers to customers
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
