Junior Back-End Developer


We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team in Bergen. As a Junior Back-End Developer, you will work closely with our experienced developers to design, develop and maintain high-quality applications that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to create and implement scalable and efficient solutions for web-based applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues in a timely manner.
- Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with back-end languages such as Java, Python or PHP.
- Familiarity with databases (MySQL, Oracle) and web servers (Apache).
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this entry-level position. We also provide accommodation for non-local candidates.
