Handyman

As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of skilled and unskilled tasks in order to maintain and improve the physical condition and appearance of various properties in Horsens. You will work closely with property managers and tenants to ensure that all maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various properties, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from property managers or tenants.
- Inspect properties regularly to identify any potential issues or areas in need of repair.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance performed.
- Communicate effectively with property managers, tenants, and other team members.
- Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and meets safety standards.
- Purchase necessary materials and supplies for maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a handyman or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques.
- Ability to read and follow instructions for repair manuals.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
