Handyman for Property Maintenance

Our property management company in Horsens is seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team and assist with property maintenance tasks. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of our properties, ensuring they are safe and habitable for our tenants. You will work closely with our property managers and other maintenance staff to complete various tasks such as repairing appliances, fixing plumbing issues, painting, and performing general maintenance duties.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any maintenance needs
- Respond promptly to tenant requests for repairs or maintenance issues
- Repair appliances, plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and other items as needed
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and landscaping
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work done on properties
- Communicate effectively with property managers and tenants regarding maintenance needs and updates

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role in property maintenance
- Strong knowledge of building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Basic understanding of construction principles and techniques
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month without accommodation. We also require candidates to have a biometric passport for ease of travel between properties.
