Job Title: Data-Analytics Specialist
City: Svalbard, Norway

As a Data-Analytics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by utilizing your expertise in data analysis and management. You will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends that will inform business decisions. This position requires an individual with a biometric passport from any nationality, who is highly skilled in data manipulation and has experience working with complex datasets.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and compile data from various sources
- Perform statistical analysis and create visual presentations of findings
- Identify patterns and trends in the data to inform business decisions
- Develop and implement data models to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs
- Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Biometric passport from any nationality
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R or other programming languages for data manipulation
- Experience with database management systems such as MySQL or Oracle
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position.

Location:
The position is based in Svalbard, Norway. However, remote work arrangements can be discussed for exceptional candidates.
