As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings. Your main focus will be on creating functional and visually appealing spaces that meet the needs of clients and adhere to building codes and regulations. This role requires strong technical knowledge of building materials and construction methods, as well as an eye for detail and creativity in design. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, develop design options, and present proposals for their approval. Additionally, you will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Architecture, relevant professional experience in commercial building design, and proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software. This part-time position offers a competitive salary of $900 per month with accommodation provided in the US city where our firm is located.
