Job Title: Forum Moderator


As a Forum Moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and positive atmosphere of our online community forum. You will moderate discussions and posts, ensuring that they adhere to our community guidelines and policies. This is a part-time position based in Funchal, paying a salary of 1000$.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate forum discussions, ensuring they are respectful, relevant, and follow our guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Enforce community policies by removing inappropriate content or taking necessary actions
- Collaborate with other moderators to ensure consistency in moderation practices
- Keep track of user activity and report any potential violations or issues to the appropriate team members
- Stay updated on industry trends and participate in discussions to help improve the forum experience for users

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a moderator or similar role in an online community or forum
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of online etiquette and ability to maintain a positive atmosphere within the forum
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their features
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other moderators
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field
- Experience moderating forums related to the profession or industry you are applying for
