Moderator Supervisor
Oversee a team of moderators in maintaining a positive and respectful online community for a global social media platform. Utilize previous experience as a moderator to train and mentor team members, enforce community guidelines, and handle escalated user issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation processes and develop strategies for handling sensitive or controversial content. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to moderators. Manage scheduling and staffing needs for the moderation team. Must have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Prior experience as a moderator required. Salary of 900$ per month with accommodation provided. Located in Funchal, Portugal.
