Online Consultant

We are hiring an Online Consultant to join our team in Bergen. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to clients through various online platforms. Your main duties will include answering inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Understand the company's products and services in order to provide accurate information to clients
- Identify and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Continuously strive to meet or exceed performance targets

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and handle high volume of inquiries simultaneously
- Proficient in using various online platforms and tools
- Biometric passport is preferred but not mandatory
- Fluent English language skills are required. Additional languages are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
