Concierge at a Luxury Hotel in Aarhus, Denmark



We are hiring a full-time Concierge to join our luxury hotel in the beautiful city of Aarhus, Denmark. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. This is an entry-level position that does not require prior experience, and we offer accommodation for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their check-in process
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities based on the guests' preferences
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other venues as requested
- Arrange transportation services for guests including taxis or rental cars
- Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and events to provide accurate information to guests

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; hospitality or tourism degree is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Friendly and positive demeanor
- Familiarity with Aarhus city and its attractions is preferred

Salary:
