Office Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Aalborg. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Greeting and directing visitors
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new ones when needed
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Performing general administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
