As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Odense. You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Your primary duties will include managing staff schedules, training and supervising employees, maintaining inventory and supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in restaurant management and strong leadership skills. You must be able to handle a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions under pressure. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff
- Ensure high-quality customer service
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee food quality and presentation
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Create work schedules that meet the needs of the business
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including food preparation, sanitation standards, inventory management, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of applicable health codes and regulations is preferred

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month. The working hours may vary depending on business needs but will generally include evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position does not include accommodation but does offer visa sponsorship for non-residents.
