Entry-Level Turner - Contract Position in Greenland


We have an exciting opportunity for an entry-level Turner to join our team on a contract basis in the beautiful country of Greenland. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various turning machines to produce high-quality metal components. This is a great opportunity for students or those without experience to gain valuable skills and experience in the field. Accommodation will also be provided for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate turning equipment according to specifications
- Monitor machines and make any necessary adjustments to ensure quality production
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and make any necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of turning machines (training will be provided)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for extended periods of time

Salary:
Starting salary is 1800$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

Contract Duration:
This is a contract position with a duration of 6 months, with potential for extension.
