Architectural Designer


An architectural designer is responsible for creating, designing, and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. They work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, as well as with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that all aspects of a project are designed and implemented effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, goals, and budget
- Create detailed drawings, models, and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Communicate with contractors during the construction process to address any issues or changes
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in architectural design
- Travel to project sites for inspections and client meetings (if necessary)
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Proven experience in architectural design (3+ years preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients, engineers, contractors, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Willingness to travel for site visits or client meetings (if necessary)

Location:
This position is located in Kolding, Denmark. While the preference is for a Danish national or someone residing in Denmark already, we are open to considering candidates from other countries who have the necessary qualifications and are willing to relocate.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month. This is a contract job without accommodation provided. However, we do offer assistance in finding suitable housing options for candidates who are relocating.
