Computer Support Specialist


We are a dynamic and growing IT services company based in Roskilde, seeking a highly motivated Computer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and implementing solutions to improve system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or in person to clients
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for various computer systems
- Install and configure new hardware and software as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to develop solutions to complex technical problems
- Document all technical support activities and maintain accurate records
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Experience with troubleshooting techniques and tools
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
