Job Title: Teamlead - Alta, Norway



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of individuals to achieve our company's goals and objectives. This is a contract position with free visa and ticket provided, open to candidates of all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and motivate team members to ensure high performance and productivity
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team and monitor progress towards achieving them
- Delegate tasks effectively based on individual strengths and skills
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
- Develop training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
- Handle any conflicts or issues within the team in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams towards achieving goals
- Knowledge of project management methodologies is an asset
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.
