Part-Time Handyman in Fonvieille

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Part-Time Handyman to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various repair and maintenance tasks within our facilities. This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, as well as accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, buildings, and grounds
- Inspect facilities regularly for any potential hazards or damages
- Respond promptly to any repair requests from staff or residents
- Install fixtures such as shelves, blinds, and light fixtures
- Perform basic carpentry tasks such as building shelves or repairing furniture
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and tools

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and work on ladders or scaffolding if needed
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in facilities management or construction. However, we are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated, reliable, and has a strong work ethic.
