As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our customers through various online channels, including chat, email, and social media. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by effectively addressing their inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through chat, email, and social media platforms.
- Providing accurate product information and recommendations to customers.
- Assisting customers with any technical issues they may encounter while using our online platform.
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with other team members to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and product updates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or consulting role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using online communication tools such as chat, email, and social media platforms.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
