We are seeking an experienced Mason to join our team of skilled construction and repairs specialists in St-Petersburg, Canada. As a Mason, your main responsibility will be to lay brick, stone, concrete blocks and other types of masonry to build or repair structures such as walls, foundations, chimneys and patios. You will need to have a keen eye for detail and possess excellent craftsmanship skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and setting up forms
- Mix mortar or grout and spread it onto surfaces using hand tools such as trowels
- Lay out patterns or foundations according to blueprints or project plans
- Cut or shape materials to fit specific spaces using hand or power tools
- Check for levelness and alignment of structures using levels, plumb bobs or straightedges
- Fill gaps between bricks or stones with mortar and remove excess using trowels
- Repair cracks, chips or other damages using appropriate materials
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason in the construction industry
- Knowledge of various masonry techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and project plans
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in masonry from a recognized institution is an asset
- Experience working with various types of brick, stone and concrete blocks
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
Salary: $1700 per month + benefits (health insurance, retirement plan)
Location: St-Petersburg, Canada (accommodation provided)
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
