As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, by assisting with their needs and inquiries. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Assist guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure
- Provide information about the hotel, surrounding areas, and local attractions
- Make reservations for restaurants, tours, and other activities upon request
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain the lobby area clean and organized at all times
- Coordinate transportation for guests as needed
- Handle mail, packages, and messages for guests
- Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required (12 pass)
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong knowledge of the local area (Randers) is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary
