Senior Architect - Design and Construction Manager

Our architecture firm in Balzers is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the design and construction of various projects, from concept development to project completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent project management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality designs.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various projects, including creating conceptual designs, developing detailed plans, and overseeing construction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure that their vision is accurately reflected in the design.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion within established parameters.
- Oversee a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support throughout the design process.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues that arise, and ensure that the design is being implemented according to plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction management.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality designs.

We offer competitive salary packages starting at 1000$ per month for this full-time position. Accommodation can also be provided if needed.
