Senior Architect



We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Balzers, a beautiful city known for its stunning architecture. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects meet design requirements, budget constraints, and timelines. Your creativity and technical expertise will be essential in delivering innovative and functional designs that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from initial concept to final construction drawings
- Develop detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and specifications
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to resolve any technical issues
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
- Mentor and guide junior architects on design concepts and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 7 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on high-end residential or commercial projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to lead a team effectively
