Job Title: Part-Time Handyman in Copenhagen



We are seeking a part-time handyman to join our team in Copenhagen. As a handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks around the property. This could include fixing minor plumbing or electrical issues, painting, and general upkeep of the building.

Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance and repair tasks as assigned by the property manager
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner
- Communicate with tenants to understand their maintenance needs and provide prompt and courteous service
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Assist with landscaping and snow removal as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a handyman or in a related field
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with tenants in a professional manner
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
- Must be willing to work flexible hours on weekends or evenings if necessary

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. Accommodation may also be provided for the right candidate.
