Temporary Concierge in Bergen
We are seeking a temporary Concierge to join our team in Bergen. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and assisting with various tasks related to their stay. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and other services upon request
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby area
- Complete administrative tasks such as answering phones, taking messages, and processing payments
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends
This is a temporary position with the potential for extension. The salary for this role is 1100$ per month. Applicants must have valid work authorization or own visa.
