Computer Research Scientist



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Research Scientist to join our research team in Washington. As a Computer Research Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting research and developing innovative solutions to complex computer-related problems. You will also be responsible for analyzing data, designing experiments, and presenting findings to colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting research and experiments to develop new computer technologies and techniques
- Analyzing data and identifying patterns or trends
- Designing algorithms and models to solve complex problems
- Collaborating with fellow researchers and engineers to develop new ideas and solutions
- Presenting findings and recommendations to colleagues, management, and clients
- Writing reports, papers, and articles for publication in academic journals or conferences
- Staying current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices

Requirements:

- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in computer research or a related role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc.
- Experience with machine learning techniques and tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
