Computer Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Vilnius. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating computer systems and making recommendations for improvements and enhancements. You will also be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing new software systems to meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and analyzing existing computer systems to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs
- Developing detailed system design specifications
- Configuring and testing new software systems to ensure functionality and compatibility with existing systems
- Troubleshooting issues with hardware, software, or network connectivity
- Documenting system processes, procedures, and user manuals for training purposes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Computer Systems Analyst or related position
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello
