Office Assistant - Part Time (Faroe-Islands)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Faroe-Islands. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your main duties will include answering and directing phone calls, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and managing general office tasks.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks. Previous experience in an office environment would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Organizing and maintaining files

- Managing general office tasks such as ordering supplies and running errands
- Assisting with data entry and record keeping
- Creating reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
