As a Senior JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software applications using cutting-edge technologies. Your main focus will be on developing web-based applications using Java/J2EE technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable Java code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the Java development community
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a JAVA Developer in a professional setting
- Extensive experience with Java/J2EE technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, Servlets, JSP, etc.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as AngularJS or ReactJS is preferred
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development tools (e.g. Git, JIRA)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
