Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager in our company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our sales team to meet and exceed company sales targets. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing team
- Identify potential markets and target customers
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Generate reports on sales performance, market analysis, and customer feedback
- Train and onboard new team members as needed
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our products/services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Willingness to travel for work
