Merchandiser for Fashion Retail Company

As a Merchandiser, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our fashion retail company in Lusail. Your main responsibility will be to plan and implement effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability. This role requires strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to identify market trends and make informed decisions on product assortment and pricing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify customer preferences and buying patterns
- Collaborate with buyers to develop seasonal merchandise plans that meet business objectives
- Create visual displays that effectively showcase products and attract customers
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment or markdowns
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing on products
- Work closely with store managers to ensure merchandise is displayed correctly and in accordance with company standards
- Train sales associates on product knowledge and selling techniques
- Attend trade shows and other industry events to source new products and stay updated on industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven work experience as a Merchandiser in the fashion retail industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English (Filipino nationality preferred)
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and ability to translate them into merchandising strategies
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Lusail, Qatar (accommodation provided)
