Junior Data Analyst


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify trends and patterns. Your role will involve working closely with senior data analysts and other team members to assist in generating insights and making data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large datasets from various sources
- Perform data cleaning, manipulation, and analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python
- Identify trends and patterns in the data to generate insights
- Assist senior data analysts in developing reports and visualizations to present findings
- Collaborate with team members from different departments to understand their data needs
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Salary:
1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
This position is based in Braga, Portugal. Accommodation will be provided for candidates who are not currently located in Braga.
