We are hiring a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your duties will include designing, planning, and executing construction projects while adhering to safety regulations and project deadlines.

To excel in this role, you must have a degree in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of experience working in the construction industry. You should also possess strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Design and plan construction projects based on client requirements
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and identify any potential challenges
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor project progress and ensure it meets safety regulations and quality standards
- Identify any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process and develop solutions
- Prepare progress reports for management and clients
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry
